Gooooooooaaal!!!!

Now I know its soccer and it's not America's pastime, but if your like me and you enjoy watching the World Cup then you should enjoy watching the Champions League Finals. The past two weeks if you've turned on ESPN at from about 3-5 you've seen soccer on the tube. Now, again I know its 'soccer', but if you want to see some of the best players in the world and some of the best games of the year then you should watch. I dare you to watch a Champions league game then a MLS game. You could just see the difference between the American game and how they play over in Europe. Unfortunately, right now you've missed most of the Champion's League tournament, but don't worry on May 21st, the championship game will be played. Chelsea will face one of the highest player salaries in the world Manchester United. Chelsea features Holland's strikers Didier Drogba, Sweden's Andriy Shevchenko, and England's Frank Lampard who score an emotional take the lead goal in overtime in the semifinals. It was Lampard's first game back after mourning the death of his mother. On the other side of the pitch you have Man U. who features one of the best goalies ever to play the game, the veteran Edwin Van der Sar from Holland. Manchester U. also features England's great Wayne Rooney and Portugal's star Christiano Ronaldo. These are some of the best players in the world right now and if you've got nothing to do the 21st I suggest turning it on and enjoy. After watching the semi-finals my guess is it should be a good one with Chelsea pulling off the upset 2-1 in overtime.
