Homes burn up in flames at Valley Oaks mobile home park, west of Interstate 15. Half a million Californians have been ordered to evacuate their homes and flee the spreading wildfires across the southern California Tuesday. The San Diego Chargers who have moved their practices to Arizona are still deciding what to do when they are suppose to host the Houston Texans this weekend.
