Arrested

Dawn Wells, 69, who was the actress that played Mary Ann on the sit-com "Gilligan's Island" was arrested after police pulled her over after a surprise birthday party, and allegedly found marijuana in her car. Police recovered 4 half-smoked joints inside the car during the investigation. The actress pleaded guilty to one count of reckless driving and was sentenced a month ago to 5 days in jail and fined $410. I was a big fan of the show as a kid and even though Tina Louise's character of "Ginger" was the always the girl everyone wanted. "Mary Ann" had the girl next door look working in her favor, and for that reason I was a bigger fan of hers than Gingers.
