Congrats to you undersized players out there. Today, Dustin Pedroia standing at a listed 5"9 (probably with his cleats on) won the AL MVP. And deservedly so, he along with Kevin Youkilis helped carry the banged up Red Sox with a batting average of .326, 213 hits, 20 stolen bases, 54 doubles, 17 homeruns, and 83 RBIs. But most importantly, now all you youth and high school coaches out there can honestly look at your athletes and say, "Yes, with hard work you CAN be a professional athlete and you CAN be a MVP!" Drink up, Buddy!
