Mike D'Antoni is changing his mind and leaving the New York Knicks to go and coach the Chicago Bulls. After sitting there at the NBA Lottery and listening to the countdown to the number one selection of the Draft, he decided that he couldn't handle the bad luck in New York especially with them getting the number 6 pick. He was quoted say, "Number 6! This organization is so screwed! Nobody worth while will be there for us, so I am leaving.". Since the Bulls won the lottery and get the number 1 pick, and are still looking for a coach, D'Antoni was their first choice so they decided to take him back. When D'Antoni was asked is he leaving New York for Chicago just to have the chance at coaching Derrick Rose or Michael Beasley he replied, "ABSOLUTELY!".
